The ever so popular ITV’s Love Island returned this summer, with a whopping 1.8 million viewers tuning in. The aim of the game with Love Island is for boys & girls, staying within the Love Island villa, to couple up & fight to be the best/most popular couple to remain in the villa till the very end. There is of course plenty of hurdles/temptations to overcome along the way, & producers are constantly stirring things up to make for some juicy reality TV.

The stunning Jessica Shears was the among the first few to be booted from Love Island. But lucky for us that meant we got to party with her at Cafe de Paris, & lucky for her she received a free pair of Buddha Babes!

Keep the summer spirit

Here at Buddha Beachwear, we’re all about high-quality flip-flops that’ll last you more than a summer season or two. But we’re also about a lifestyle choice, about saying yes to love and peace and to enjoying life.
Of course, you don’t have to be by the pool or kicking back on the sands to adopt that chilled mentality. In fact, because your Buddha Beachwear is built to last and last, it’s there all the time as a permanent reminder of those feelgood moments from the hotter months. We keep the summer spirit alive.
You can wear Buddha Beachwear flip-flops just about anywhere. Lift your spirits in winter by wearing them around the house as the wind howls outside. Wear them to work on dress-down days. Take them to the spa instead of slippers and chillax around the pool.
Buddha Beachwear flip-flops are a way of life, a mentality. Wear them more often and the effect is like magic. You’ll be more laid-back, more in harmony with friends and family, less stressed at work.
That’s where our tagline comes in – keep the summer spirit – because it doesn’t have to be summer for you to feel sunny. When you slip on your Buddha Beachwear, you go to a place where the sands are always hot, the beers are always cold, and the beach party is just beginning.

Azure seas and rustling palms

Island-hopping around Thailand

Tropical Thailand is a land of white sands and paradise islands. It’s also the perfect place for a spot of island-hopping.
Off the west coast, Ko Phi Phi comes with azure seas and rustling palms. This island has it all: choose from the buzzing town packed with shops and nightlife or the remote, picture-perfect  beaches far removed from the buzz and bustle of Tonsai Bay.
For sheer remoteness, try Ko Raya. You won’t even find a road here, never mind a cash machine. Take the speedboat from Phuket to this small coral island and simply chill on the fine sands and in the glistening waters. Cocktails and seafood wrap up another perfect day in paradise.
Want to live how the islanders live? Try the authentic Thai experience on Ko Yao Yai. Just off Phuket, Ko Yao Yai benefits from being close to the mainland yet offers total serenity, gorgeous beaches and superb snorkelling.
For diving, head to Koh Lanta with your snorkelling and scuba gear. There’s amazing marine life at Hin Daeng and remarkable violet coral at Hin Muang. Add to that the idyllic sands, dense mangrove forests and adventure activities (elephant-riding, anyone?) and you have the perfect island adventure.
Don’t forget your Buddha Beachwear.
